Article: Potter Anderson Attorney's Idea Turns Into 'eDelaware'
Correction: The March 5 article titled "Potter Anderson Attorney's Idea Turns Into 'eDelaware '" should have stated that Scott E. Waxman downloaded all of the statutes offered through eDelaware and he still has plenty of space on his BlackBerry. Also, Potter Anderson & Corroon did not purchase the eDelaware software from CellAvant. The firm owns the software it developed with CellAvant. In addition, Potter Anderson intends to work with CellAvant on future enhancements to the software.
